Midnight Rider

A man rides his horse through the lonely wood.
The unknown of his face is covered by a hood.

Haunted are his gallops, through the silent night.
All who dare to notice, nearly die of fright.

Some claim and gossip, that he is living dead.
Others swear it's Satan, or that is what is said.

His steed is one of jet black, and wilder than the moon.
The next time that you see him, would definitely be too soon.

All the children fear him-because he haunts there dreams,
Just a ghostly tale you say? Oh but its more real than it seems.
